PRODUCTS AND ORDERING

Price and other information of products presented on this Site is only an invitation for offer and your order shall be deemed as an offer. All orders placed through this Site are subject to Wabilogic™’s acceptance in writing.

A purchase contract for the product(s) is formed only upon Wabilogic™ sending you an email confirming that the products you ordered have been sent out. If you have ordered more than one product under a single order, the purchase contract is formed only in relation to the product(s) for which Wabilogic™ has issued such a shipping confirmation email.

Wabilogic™ may refuse to accept or may cancel any order, or any part thereof, pursuant to these Terms of Service or for any other legitimate reason, without liability to you or anyone else. If your debit card, credit card, bank account or any other third-party payment account has already been charged for an order that is later cancelled, Wabilogic™ will issue a refund to your original payment method, where applicable.

Purchase for resale is not permitted. This Site is intended solely for Wabilogic™ to sell its products directly to end consumers. Purchase for resale means the purchase of Wabilogic™ products by someone who resells, or intends to resell, such products to consumers, businesses or any third party.

If Wabilogic™ reasonably believes you are purchasing products for resale, Wabilogic™ reserves the right to restrict sales to you, cancel your orders, and/or suspend or close your account.

Wabilogic™ may cancel your order and, where applicable, refund the relevant payment through your original payment method, without compensation, under any of the following circumstances:

  • upon mutual agreement with you;
  • information relating to the product on this Site is obviously erroneous;
  • the product is out of stock or unavailable;
  • your order information is obviously erroneous;
  • your order quantity exceeds available stock or applicable purchase limits;
  • there is a pricing or promotional error;
  • there are technical problems affecting the Site or ordering system;
  • payment is not completed within the specified time;
  • circumstances caused by force majeure, transportation delays, system failures, cyberattacks or other events beyond Wabilogic™’s reasonable control;

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Selected products can be found on this Site or through our authorized sales channels while supplies last. In some cases, merchandise featured on this Site may not be available through other sales channels.
