Hong Kong Shipping Policy

  1. All orders will be dispatched as soon as possible after payment is received. Goods will arrive within two to three business days, excluding public holidays. For remote areas, an additional one to two business days may be required.

  2. Free shipping is available for purchases of one or more items.

  3. Delivery is not available to restricted areas, including Sha Tau Kok, Ta Kwu Ling, Lok Ma Chau, Lo Wu, and Man Kam To.

  4. Most orders are delivered by SF Express, and all shipping arrangements are subject to SF Express's terms and conditions.

  5. If we are unable to process an order, we will contact the customer as soon as possible.

Outside Hong Kong Shipping Policy


1. Delivery Zones & Flat-Rate Shipping

Wabilogic HK ships exclusively to select destinations within Asia. We do not offer delivery to locations outside of Asia, and we do not ship to Japan.

  • Flat-Rate Fee: A fixed shipping fee of HK$500 applies to all orders shipped to supported Asian destinations.
  • Single Unit Scope: This flat rate covers door-to-door courier delivery of a single Senz V unit. Bulk orders or multi-unit shipments to a single address may be subject to additional volumetric weight surcharges at checkout.


2. International Shipping Terms (DDU / DAP)

All cross-border orders are dispatched under Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) / Delivered at Place (DAP) terms.

  • Import Liabilities: The flat shipping fee does not include destination-country import tariffs, value-added taxes (VAT), local sales taxes, or customs clearance handling fees.
  • Customer Responsibility: The recipient is the importer of record and is solely responsible for paying all assessed local import taxes directly to the courier or customs office to secure the release of the package.
  • Abandoned Packages: If a shipment is rejected, returned, or abandoned due to a refusal to pay local customs duties, Wabilogic HK will not issue a refund for the product or the HK$500 shipping fee.


3. Global Electrical & Voltage Compatibility

The Wabilogic Senz V is engineered as a global-ready smart appliance.

  • Universal Voltage: The Senz V features a multi-voltage power system compatible with international power standards worldwide, supporting both 110V–120V and 220V–240V grids.


4. International Warranty Exclusions

  • Local Scope Only: All manufacturing warranties provided by Wabilogic HK are strictly local to the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
  • Cross-Border Service Limitations: Shipping the Senz V outside of Hong Kong voids localized warranty repair programs. Wabilogic HK does not provide cross-border return labels or international repair networks. Remote troubleshooting support remains accessible via customercare.asia@wabilogic.com .
